*i may have not gotten all the lyrics correct either, since I haven't sung this song for 6 years so bare with me here!
When I was younger I didn't really give these lyrics much thought. It was just a catchy tune. But just the other day I remembered it, and I started to think of the lyrics.
Now I may be totally and completely wrong here, but this is my interpretation!
What you take in, is what you will give out. What you surround yourself with, with be apart of you. If you are friends with negative people, you, in turn, will become negative.
As a Christian, I want to surround myself with people who lift me up, encourage me to live my dreams and become a better person.
I have seen how negativity affects people. It will cause you too make bad choices, and it may even make you lose yourself.
So why take part in the negativity, the gossip, or the backstabbing? Why not stand up or yourself or others, or surround yourself with positive influences?
Be the positivity that the world needs right now :)

Heaven is for real.

Title says is all. I am reading the book "heaven is for real." and it's amazing! I strongly advise everyone to read it!

Science only goes so far, then comes God.

World religions. That's my chosen topic for today. I have blogged about this before, And like I have said, it is such an eye opener. At first, I loved the class. It was so cool. Then, after a while, I got all confused. I started to wonder what was really out there, I started to have doubts. It was getting difficult, I started to question my own opinion. Then one night, I started to say the Lords prayer. Then after I was done, it dawned on me, world religions actually made my relationship with God grow stronger. Why? Because if I wanted to, I could be an atheist, or I could be ignostic. But I'm not. I have been learning about all of the other religions on the earth, and I could change over to them, but I don't want to. I can easily just follow Scientology, because the facts are there. But I won't. Why? Because I firmly believe in God. I am a Christian at heart. And one class can't change that. Nothing can change that. <3

Do you ever get the feeling that God is speaking directly to you? Call me crazy, but I think that happened to me today.
I started going to a new church today, everything was normal, but then bam! There was a sign.

There those words were, before my very eyes. On a peice of sheet music. What stood out to me was "why are you searching as if I'm not enough?" sometimes I wonder what my purpose is, who I am, or what I want, and that made me realize God is all I will ever need. As stated in one of my previous blogs: to know God is to know yourself.
Then after that boom! Another sign. "we are knocked down because then all we can do is look up to God." wise quote from the youth pastor. This relates to my life so much!
And next kabam! We were introduced a new song: Get back up

This song is amazing. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone loses their way, but if you are truly sorry, God will forgive you. He doesn't give up on anyone.
Just in one day at church, so many questions were answered. So many broken pieces were put back together. Things finally started to make sense.
I believe everything happens for a reason. God sent me these messages for a reason, He put me through the bad to value the good. He ruined some relationships so better ones could fall together. He loves me so I can learn to love myself.
And just remember, when life knocks you down on your knees, you are in the perfect position to pray. <3

Everyone has a dream to accomplish. Me? I have many dreams. Big and small. I would love to get married, get a good job, travel the world, have kids, you know, the usual. But I also have dreams to change the world. To make something of myself, to become known. I would love to be a famous writer, or model, or even a fashion designer. I would love to organize some kind of life changing group, or impact someone's life in some way. That's my dream. Sometimes I talk myself out of these dreams. (example: I'm not a good enough writer, not tall enough to be a model, I don't know enough about fashion.) I wish I didn't have doubts, I wish I could just make things happen. But I know my dreams won't just be handed to me on a silver platter. I know I will have to work hard for what I want. With God, anything is possible. He is your inspiration. Dont worry if ou fail. Try to be the best you that you can be, for God. Live your dream.
And think about this, What would you do if you new you would succeed? Honestly, I don't know if I would do anything.
