We are one.

I am really in the blogging spirit today. Two notes people! Anyways, I'm gonna focus on what I actually want to write about.
World religions.
Yes, world religions is a new class to MACCRAY, and I am blessed to have taken that class. A few months ago I attended a catholic church for my cousins wedding. I didn't know much about Catholics, so I kind of brushed up upon their religion.it was all knew to me that they had something called confessions, and they focus on the virgin Mary a lot. The more I learned, the more skeptical I got. I even told my mom I was glad to be a Lutheran because that's how much I didn't like Catholics. I thought this Way of thinking was normal, and I was still a good Christian girl, then one day of world religions changed my perspective. I learned that we have to be open to others religion, and respect their views. Then I realized something. Catholics and Lutherans aren't all that different. The Lutheran church was formed by Martin Luther who was actually apart of a catholic church, and most importantly, both religions worship, and love God. I felt so stupid for putting down another religion just because they have different views than I do. We are one after all.
So, moral of this blog, respect other people's views and religious beliefs, no matter how different they are from yours. After all, how would you feel if someone bashed your religion?
